Celeste Project
A beautiful project that consists of an array of trees and shrubbery that we laid out and installed. We added a faux creek bed and gravel beds to distinguish certain areas of these giant beds. Additionally, we installed several flagstone culverts throughout the property and interconnected them with decorative creek beds that drain into their pond. To manage rainwater effectively, we also mortared two flagstone pads to divert water from the retaining walls into nearby culverts. A project well done
Fence Project
Here at Yepez Signature Landscape, we prioritize quality. Recently, we completed a Western Red Cedar fence. Our pictures showcase the cedar pickets secured with exterior-grade screws, ensuring durability. Our gates feature galvanized frames and heavy-duty hinges to guarantee sagging won’t be an issue. This project, in particular, called for an elegant cedar trim to line the top portion of the entire fence, providing a refined finishing touch. In addition to the fence, we poured a backyard patio and sidewalk, transforming the backyard into an inviting outdoor living area
Recent Project
Situated on Lake Tawakoni, we arrived at this property with a house sitting on a barren lot of dirt. After deciding on what grass was best for our client’s unique situation, we came in and installed 41,000 sqft. of locally grown Zoysia sod to rejuvenate the home’s outdoor appearance. Also requested was a path for our clients to traverse outside the home. We delivered by installing a stamped concrete pathway that led to a lovely concrete patio and staircase, essentially blending functionality and aesthetic appeals.
